Effective Date: 11 April, 2026

This agreement governs the relationship between DKZON (Platform/Admin) and the Vendor (Seller). By listing products on DKZON, the Vendor agrees to the following terms:

• Eligibility: The Vendor must possess a valid GSTIN and provide all necessary legal documentation as requested by DKZON.
• Product Quality & Authenticity:
  • Vendors are solely responsible for the authenticity, quality, and warranty of the products listed.
  • Selling counterfeit, illegal, or banned items is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
• Packaging & Fulfillment:
  • Vendors must ensure products are packed securely to prevent transit damage.
  • Orders must be processed and handed over to the courier partner within 24-48 hours of receiving the order notification.
• Pricing & Commission: The Vendor agrees to the commission structure as mutually decided during the onboarding process. Payouts will be processed by the Admin after deducting the agreed-upon commission and applicable fees.
• Returns & Disputes:
  • Vendors are responsible for accepting returns for defective or incorrect products.
  • If a customer raises a dispute regarding product quality, the Vendor must cooperate with the Admin to resolve the issue within 3 business days.
• Termination: DKZON reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Vendor’s account if the Vendor fails to meet the service level agreements (SLAs), receives consistent negative feedback, or violates any terms of this policy.
• Disclaimer: DKZON (owned by DK Shopzon) acts as an intermediary marketplace. We reserve the right to mediate disputes and hold payouts if a Vendor is found in violation of these terms.
